Effective Date: 9.21.26

1. About This Policy
1LnE, LLC (“1LnE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates 1LnE.com, 1LnE Pulse, and the 1LnE Growth Lab community and mobile application ("Pulse" or “Growth Lab”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our websites, applications, memberships, courses, events, business services, and related communications, collectively called the “Services.”
The information involved depends on the Services you use, the features enabled, and the information you choose to provide.
When we handle information about our own customers, members, and website visitors, we determine how it is used for the purposes described here. When a business client uses our Services to manage its customers or contacts, we may process that information on the client’s behalf and according to its instructions. That business’s privacy notice also applies to its relationship with you.
2. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide when you create an account, purchase a service, join Pulse or Growth Lab, participate in a community or course, submit a form, request support, or communicate with us.
Depending on your interaction, this may include:
Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, business name, job title, and website.
Account identifiers, login information, profile details, preferences, and profile photos.
Membership selections, subscription status, purchase history, billing details, invoices, and payment status.
Community posts, comments, messages, reactions, photos, videos, documents, and other submitted content.
Course participation, progress, assignments, survey responses, and event registrations.
Support requests, correspondence, and information provided during consultations.
Business records or other information needed for a specifically contracted service, such as bookkeeping or systems implementation.
Payment providers process payment credentials needed to complete transactions. Information available to 1LnE depends on the payment method and provider and may include billing details, transaction identifiers, payment status, and limited payment-method information. Do not send full card numbers or account credentials through community posts or ordinary support messages.
If you provide information about another person, you must have the authority and any required permission to do so.
3. Information Collected Through Technology
Our websites, applications, and technology providers may collect information about devices and interactions with the Services, including:
IP address, browser, operating system, device type, and application version.
Account or device identifiers, session information, and notification-delivery identifiers.
Pages or features used, interactions, dates and times of access, and referring pages.
Error reports, performance information, and diagnostic data.
Cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers.
Some of this information can identify or be associated with a person and is treated as personal information where applicable.
Where an enabled app feature requires access to your camera, selected photos, files, or microphone, the app requests the relevant permission. For example, permission may support uploading a profile image, sharing content, or using an audio feature. You can manage available permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit the related feature.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Create and administer accounts and memberships.
Deliver software, community access, educational resources, and contracted services.
Process purchases, administer subscriptions, and maintain billing records.
Enable community participation, course delivery, and member communications.
Provide support, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot problems.
Send account, billing, security, service, and event communications.
Send marketing communications consistent with your choices and applicable requirements.
Understand usage and improve the Services.
Detect misuse, protect accounts, enforce community rules, and prevent fraud.
Meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, such as fulfilling an agreement, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate business interests, or obtaining consent.
5. Growth Lab Profiles and Community Content
Information you include in your profile or share through Growth Lab may be visible to other members or to the audience permitted by the relevant group, channel, or feature settings.
Content shared in a public area may be accessible outside the membership. Content shared in a restricted area is intended for that area’s permitted audience, but other participants may copy or redistribute information they can access.
Authorized personnel and service providers may access stored content and communications as permitted by platform permissions and as needed to operate the Services, provide support, investigate reports, or address misuse.
Please avoid posting confidential client records, payment credentials, medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in community areas.
We seek separate permission before using identifiable member content as a testimonial or promotional endorsement.
6. When We Disclose Information
We disclose information as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:
Service delivery. We use providers for platform hosting, account management, communications, payment processing, analytics, technical support, and other business functions. HighLevel/LeadConnector provides technology used in parts of 1LnE Pulse and Growth Lab. Its privacy policy is available at LeadConnector Privacy Policy.
Providers processing information on our behalf are expected to protect it and use it for the services they provide to us. Some providers, including certain payment and integration providers, also process information under their own privacy notices.
Your instructions. We disclose information to people, businesses, or connected services when you direct us to do so or authorize an integration.
Community participation. We make profile information and submitted content available to the audience associated with the feature you use.
Legal and security needs. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal processes, investigate fraud or abuse, protect safety, or defend legal rights.
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed during a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
Advertising. Online identifiers and interaction information may be disclosed through advertising technologies as described below.
The SMS protections in Section 8 apply to mobile messaging information and consent records.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as maintaining sessions, remembering preferences, understanding traffic, and measuring marketing performance.
Where enabled, tools such as Google Analytics and Meta advertising technologies may receive online identifiers, device information, and information about website interactions. Advertising tools may support remarketing, audience creation, and measurement.
Depending on applicable law, certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising, even when no money is exchanged.
You can manage cookies through available website controls and your browser settings. You may also use privacy controls offered by advertising providers. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions and may not prevent every form of data collection.
To request an applicable opt-out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, contact [email protected]. We honor applicable legal requirements concerning consent, opt-outs, and recognized browser preference signals.
Visiting a website or accepting these policies does not replace a separate consent choice where one is required.
8. Email, Text Messages, and Push Notifications
We send service-related communications necessary to administer accounts, purchases, memberships, support requests, and security.
Marketing communications are subject to your preferences and applicable consent requirements.
Email: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact [email protected]. Necessary account and service messages may continue.
SMS: Reply STOP to opt out of a messaging program. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Push notifications: Manage available notification preferences in the app or your device settings.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell mobile information or disclose it to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in information and consent records are shared only with providers necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service, or when legally required.
Email, SMS, and push-notification preferences are managed separately.
9. AI Features and Recordings
When you use an enabled AI feature, the information needed to respond to your request—such as prompts, messages, uploaded content, or conversation context—may be processed by the relevant platform and AI providers.
We provide applicable disclosures and obtain permission where required before sharing personal information with third-party AI services. Processing and retention depend on the particular feature and provider. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information unless the service has been approved for that purpose.
Calls, consultations, demonstrations, training sessions, or events may be recorded or transcribed when recording is enabled and appropriate notice or consent is provided. Recordings may be used for the purposes described when collected, such as delivering a replay, documenting a consultation, or providing support.
We seek separate permission before using an identifiable recording for a promotional purpose beyond the original notice.
10. How Long We Retain Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
Retention depends on the type of information, account status, contractual requirements, applicable law, and legitimate needs such as maintaining financial records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and documenting communication preferences.
Account deletion does not necessarily require deletion of every related business record. For example, we may retain transaction records required for accounting or minimal suppression records needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
Information in backups may remain until deleted or overwritten through the applicable backup process. Any retained information remains subject to appropriate protections and restricted purposes.
11. Privacy Requests and Account Deletion
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to certain processing; or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling.
To submit a privacy request, email [email protected].
To request deletion of a Pulse or Growth Lab account and its associated personal information, email [email protected] with the subject “Pulse/Growth Lab Account Deletion.” Include the email address associated with the account. Do not send your password. You may also use account-deletion controls where available in the app.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension, denial, or retention exception.
Deletion requests include review of associated profile information, content, and data held by providers on our behalf. We will explain material limitations affecting the request. Copies independently retained by other users or information lawfully retained for limited purposes may not be fully removable.
Uninstalling an app does not itself delete an account or cancel a subscription. If you also wish to cancel a paid service, say so in your request. Purchases managed through an app store may require cancellation through that store. A deletion request does not erase valid financial obligations, and payment of a disputed amount is not a prerequisite to submitting a privacy request.
Where available under applicable law, you may use an authorized agent, appeal our response by contacting us, or complain to the relevant regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
If your request concerns information controlled by a business client using 1LnE Pulse, we may direct it to that business and assist as appropriate.
12. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Protect your account credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
1LnE operates in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing.
13. Children’s Information
Pulse and Growth Lab accounts, memberships, and business services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our Services or practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required.
If a new use of information requires consent, we will request that consent before proceeding.
