A complimentary 20–30 minute conversation to understand the business need and determine the appropriate next step. No pitch, no obligation — just a straight conversation about where you are and what makes sense next.
A 60–90 minute working session focused on one defined bottleneck, system question, or platform decision. Includes brief written recommendations. Ideal for teams that have a specific decision to make and want expert input before moving forward.
A platform-neutral discovery and planning engagement covering one business unit, up to two core workflows, and one primary platform or system decision. Typically delivered within 7–10 business days after all required information is received.

For projects involving multiple audiences, business units, workflows, integrations, CRM architecture, custom applications, APIs, permissions, data models, or developer-level requirements. Typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.
Configuration, development, migration, integration, testing, training, and launch are quoted separately based on the approved Blueprint. Preliminary implementation scope and budget are included as a deliverable within the Blueprint.
Up to 100% of the Blueprint fee may be credited toward a qualifying 1LnE implementation signed within 60 days. Qualifying implementation work must be at least four times the Blueprint fee. The credit applies to implementation labor and does not apply to subscriptions, third-party expenses, usage charges, advertising, ongoing support, or rush fees.
